How to Set Up Email on Your Phone (iOS & Android)

This guide walks you through setting up your Unisolva email on an iPhone or Android phone. Instructions are provided for all email plans: cPanel email, OX App Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

Google Workspace — iPhone & Android

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
  2. Tap Google
  3. Enter your Google Workspace email address and tap Next
  4. Enter your password and complete the sign-in — Google will prompt for 2-Step Verification if enabled
  5. Toggle on Mail, Contacts, and Calendars as desired, then tap Save
  6. Open the Mail app — your inbox will sync automatically

Android

  1. Open the Gmail app (pre-installed on most Android phones)
  2. Tap your profile picture > Add another account
  3. Select Google
  4. Enter your Google Workspace email and password
  5. Your Workspace inbox appears in Gmail alongside any personal Gmail accounts

Microsoft 365 — iPhone & Android

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
  2. Tap Microsoft Exchange
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and a description (e.g. "Work")
  4. Tap Next — iOS will attempt to auto-configure using Autodiscover
  5. Enter your Microsoft 365 password when prompted
  6. Toggle on Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Reminders as desired, then tap Save

Alternatively, download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store for a richer experience

with shared calendars, Teams integration, and focused inbox. Tap Add Account in the app

and sign in with your Microsoft 365 credentials.

Android

  1. Download and open the Microsoft Outlook app from Google Play
  2. Tap Add Account and enter your Microsoft 365 email address
  3. Enter your password and complete the sign-in
  4. Your inbox, calendar, and contacts sync automatically

OX App Suite — iPhone & Android

Using the OX Mail App (recommended)

  1. Download OX Mail from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
  2. Open the app and tap Add Account
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. If the app does not auto-configure, enter the server settings provided in your Unisolva welcome email
  5. Tap Connect — your inbox syncs within seconds

Using the Built-In Mail App (iOS or Android)

  1. On iPhone: Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account
  2. On Android: Open your built-in Mail app > Add Account > Other
  3. Enter your name, email address, password, and description
  4. Select IMAP and enter the server settings:
    • Incoming: server from welcome email, port 993, SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing: server from welcome email, port 465 or 587, SSL/TLS
  5. Tap Save — your inbox will sync

cPanel Email — iPhone & Android

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account
  2. Enter: Name, full email address (e.g. [email protected]), password, and description
  3. Select IMAP
  4. Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com — Port 993 — SSL
  5. Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com — Port 465 — SSL
  6. Username: your full email address. Password: your email password
  7. Tap Next — iOS will verify the settings and save the account

Android

  1. Open your Mail app (Samsung Mail, Gmail, or other) > Add Account > Other (IMAP)
  2. Enter your full email address and password
  3. Select IMAP Account
  4. Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
  5. Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 or 587, SSL/TLS
  6. Tap Sign In or Next — your account is added

 

⚠️ Warning

Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name in all server address fields.

Using the wrong domain will prevent your email client from connecting.

 

Verify It Worked

  • Your inbox loads and shows existing emails
  • Send a test email to another address — it arrives successfully
  • Receive a reply — it appears in your inbox on the phoneelated Articles
