Getting Started with OX App Suite
OX App Suite is a professional email and productivity platform available from Unisolva starting at $1.50/month per mailbox. This guide walks you through logging in, setting up your account, and connecting your email to desktop and mobile clients.
Prerequisites
- An active OX App Suite subscription (ordered via my.unisolva.com)
- Your OX App Suite login credentials (sent by Unisolva once your account is provisioned)
- A domain registered with or pointed to Unisolva
Step 1 — Log In to OX App Suite Webmail
- Open your browser and navigate to the webmail URL provided in your welcome email from Unisolva
- Enter your full email address (e.g. [email protected]) as the username
- Enter your password and click Sign In
- The OX App Suite interface opens showing your inbox

Step 2 — Explore the Interface
The OX App Suite interface is divided into modules accessible from the top navigation bar:
- Mail — your inbox, sent items, drafts, and folders
- Calendar — personal and shared calendars with event scheduling
- Address Book — store and manage contacts
- Tasks — to-do lists and task tracking
- Drive — cloud file storage (available on OX App Suite + Productivity plan)
- Office — online document, spreadsheet, and presentation editor (available on OX App Suite + Productivity plan)
Step 3 — Change Your Password
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
- Select My Account or Settings
- Navigate to the Password section
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Click Save — your new password takes effect immediately

Step 4 — Connect to an Email Client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird)

Step 5 — Set Up OX App Suite on Mobile
OX App Suite has a dedicated mobile app available for iOS and Android:
- Download the OX Mail app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Open the app and tap Add Account
- Enter your email address and password
- If the app does not auto-configure, enter the IMAP/SMTP settings from the table above
- Tap Sign In — your inbox will sync within a few seconds

Using OX App Suite + Productivity Features
If you are on the $2.50/month plan, you have access to Drive and Office:
Drive — 25 GB Cloud Storage
- Click Drive in the top navigation to access your cloud storage
- Upload files by dragging them into the Drive window or clicking Upload
- Share files with team members or external contacts via a link
- Sync Drive to your computer using the OX Drive sync client (available for Windows and Mac)
Office — Online Document Editing
- Click a document, spreadsheet, or presentation file in Drive to open it in the OX Office editor
- Create new documents from Drive > New Document / New Spreadsheet / New Presentation
- Collaborate with team members in real time on shared documents
Verify It Worked
- You can log in to OX App Suite webmail and see your inbox
- Sending a test email to yourself arrives in your inbox within seconds
- Your email client (if configured) shows your inbox and can send emails
