How to Access Your Email — Webmail, Desktop & Mobile

There are three ways to access your Unisolva email: through a browser (webmail), through a desktop email client like Outlook or Apple Mail, or through a mobile app. This article covers all three options for all Unisolva email plans.

Option 1 — Webmail (Browser Access)

Webmail lets you access your email from any browser without installing anything.

cPanel Email (included with hosting plans)

  • Go to yourdomain.com/webmail in your browser
  • Enter your full email address and password
  • Select Roundcube for the best webmail experience

OX App Suite

  • Go to the webmail URL provided in your Unisolva welcome email
  • Enter your full email address and OX password

Google Workspace

  • Go to mail.google.com
  • Sign in with your Google Workspace email and password

Microsoft 365

  • Go to outlook.office365.com
  • Sign in with your Microsoft 365 email and password

Option 2 — Desktop Email Client

Use a desktop client like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird for a richer email experience with offline access.

  • No manual server settings needed — Google uses OAuth for secure sign-in

Microsoft 365 in Outlook

  • Outlook: File > Add Account > enter your Microsoft 365 email > follow the sign-in prompts
  • Outlook auto-configures using Microsoft's Autodiscover service — no manual settings needed

Option 3 — Mobile App

See the article: How to Set Up Email on Your Phone (iOS & Android) for step-by-step instructions for all email plans.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Cannot connect to IMAP/SMTP

  • Double-check that you are using your full email address as the username (not just the part before @)
  • Verify the port numbers and encryption settings match the table above
  • Make sure your email password is correct — test it in webmail first
  • Check that your internet connection is not blocking port 993 or 465 (some corporate firewalls do)

Emails not sending (SMTP error)

  • Try switching SMTP port from 465 (SSL) to 587 (STARTTLS) or vice versa
  • Make sure SMTP authentication is enabled in your email client settings
  • Check your spam/junk folder — some sent emails are incorrectly flagged

SSL certificate warning

  • If your email client shows a certificate warning, ensure the server address matches the certificate
  • For cPanel accounts, use mail.yourdomain.com — make sure your domain's SSL certificate is active (check AutoSSL in cPanel > SSL/TLS)
