How to Request a New Service or Quote

1. Decide whether you want:

   1. A standard package (order directly in Store), or

   2. A custom quote (best for unique requirements)

2. For standard packages:

   1. Go to Store

   2. Choose Shared Hosting / VPS / Domain registration or transfer

   3. Complete checkout

3. For custom quotes:

   1. Open a Sales ticket, or contact Sales via available channels

4. Include the minimum info to speed up quoting:

   1. Website type (business site, eCommerce, LMS, etc.)

   2. Expected traffic (monthly visitors or “low/medium/high”)

   3. Email accounts needed (how many mailboxes)

   4. Domain status (new, already owned, transferring)

   5. Storage expectations (rough size of site + uploads)

   6. Performance needs (standard vs high performance)

   7. Any integrations (payment gateways, ERP, CRM, APIs)

   8. Preferred timeline (urgent / normal / flexible)
