How to Update Your Contact Details and Company Info

  1. Log in to https://www.my.unisolva.com.

  2. Go to your Account/Profile area (usually under your name or account menu).

  3. Open Contact Details (or “Account Details”).

  4. Update what you need:

    1. Name / Company name

    2. Phone number (if used for verification/urgent contact)

    3. Address (if needed for invoices)

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. If you manage services for multiple companies:

    1. Keep the billing contact consistent with the entity paying invoices.

    2. Consider using separate contacts (if your setup supports it) for billing vs technical.

Important notes

  1. Your email address is your primary login identifier in most cases.

  2. If changing the email impacts access to services or invoices, submit a Billing ticket and include:

    1. Old email

    2. New email

    3. Reason for change
