How to Access and Navigate cPanel

cPanel is your hosting control panel — the central hub for managing every aspect of your hosting account. From here you can manage files, databases, email accounts, subdomains, SSL certificates, PHP settings, backups, and more. This article shows you how to log in and find your way around.

Prerequisites

  • An active Unisolva hosting plan
  • Your cPanel username and password (sent to you when your hosting account was set up, or available in the Unisolva client portal at my.unisolva.com)

How to Log In to cPanel

Method 1 — Direct URL (fastest)

  1. Open your browser and go to: yourdomain.com/cpanel
  2. Enter your cPanel username and password
  3. Click Log In — you will land on your cPanel dashboard

???? Note

Replace yourdomain.com with your actual registered domain name.

Example: if your domain is mystore.com, go to mystore.com/cpanel

Method 2 — Via the Unisolva Client Portal

  1. Log in to my.unisolva.com with your client account credentials
  2. Click Services in the top menu, then click on your hosting plan
  3. Scroll down and click the Log in to cPanel button
  4. cPanel will open automatically without asking for your cPanel password

???? Tip

The client portal login method is useful if you have forgotten your cPanel password,

since it authenticates through your Unisolva account directly.
