Log in to the client area and open a Technical Support ticket.

Use a clear subject:

“Restore Request: domain.com (Shared Hosting)”

Provide verification details:

Account owner name (or authorized contact)

Confirm you approve overwriting current data

Specify the restore scope:

Full account restore (Shared Hosting)
-
Full VM restore (VPS)
-
ERP restore (DB/files/add-ons, as agreed)

Choose the restore point:

Shared Hosting: date
-
ERP: date + time (within retention)

Explain why you need the restore:

Bad update / hack / accidental deletion / failed migration

Confirm prerequisites:

Invoices fully paid

You have taken your own safety backup (recommended)

Fair use note:
