How to Request a Restore (What to Include in the Ticket)

  1. Log in to the client area and open a Technical Support ticket.

  2. Use a clear subject:

    1. “Restore Request: domain.com (Shared Hosting)”

  3. Provide verification details:

    1. Account owner name (or authorized contact)

    2. Confirm you approve overwriting current data

  4. Specify the restore scope:

    1. Full account restore (Shared Hosting)

    2. Full VM restore (VPS)

    3. ERP restore (DB/files/add-ons, as agreed)

  5. Choose the restore point:

    1. Shared Hosting: date

    2. ERP: date + time (within retention)

  6. Explain why you need the restore:

    1. Bad update / hack / accidental deletion / failed migration

  7. Confirm prerequisites:

    1. Invoices fully paid

    2. You have taken your own safety backup (recommended)

  8. Fair use note:

    1. We typically provide one complimentary restore per service per day under fair use.

    2. Additional restores or special “partial extraction” requests may be quoted.
